双波长分光光度法已经广泛地应用于微量物质的准确分析.它不仅在混合物分析中具有快速准确的优点,在单组分分析中同样可以提高灵敏度和精密度。但由于国内双波长分光光度计尚不普遍,已有报道证明采用普通单波长光度计代替双波长度计进行双波长光度分析可以达到相似的效果。一般来说比单波长法具有更高的灵敏度和精密度。本文采用单波长光度计对双硫腙测定锌进行了双波长光度分析的研究.实验结果表明在0.5~4μg范围遵从比耳定律,获得令人满意的结果.
Dual-wavelength spectrophotometry has been widely used for the accurate analysis of trace substances, which not only has the advantages of fast and accurate analysis of mixtures, but also improves the sensitivity and precision in single-component analysis. However, as the domestic dual-wavelength spectrophotometer is not yet universal, it has been reported that a similar effect can be achieved by using an ordinary single-wavelength photometer instead of the dual-wavelength photometer. In general, it has higher sensitivity and precision than the single wavelength method. In this paper, single-wavelength photometer was used to study the determination of zinc by dithizone by dual-wavelength spectrophotometry.The experimental results show that the Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0.5-4μg and the satisfactory results are obtained.
