我国各地普通小学存量资产即学校固定资产的分配中存在明显的差距,本研究通过比较我国各省区市在2003~2008年间的普通小学生均学校固定资产总值,从极差、极差率、变异系数、泰尔指数四个差异指标来分析省际间及城乡间的配置差异情况,发现各地普通小学在生均学校固定资产总值上存在相当明显的“马太效应”。绝对城乡差保持平稳态势,相对城乡差有所下降。
There is a significant gap in the distribution of school’s fixed assets among ordinary primary schools across the country. By comparing the total school fixed assets of ordinary primary school students in all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in China from 2003 to 2008, Coefficient, Theil index four different indicators to analyze inter-provincial and rural-urban disposition differences and found that the average primary school in all over the country’s total fixed assets there is a significant “Matthew effect ”. The absolute difference between urban and rural areas remained steady, with a slight decline in relative urban and rural areas.
