实现重油粘度的自动控制,提高燃油炉的燃烧质量和效率,对于节约能源有着重要意义。文中介绍了一个在生产现场试验过的燃油炉重油粘度自动控制系统的实例。分析并讨论了现场试验中主要参数和条件的变化对粘度控制的影响,包括:粘度对温度的依赖关系;PID(比例、积分、微分)参数的影响;进油粘度变化的影响;流量变化的影响;粘度可控的给定值范围;间断使用的影响。最后探讨了试验中发现的问题及产生的原因,并提出了改进意见。
Realizing the automatic control of the viscosity of heavy oil and improving the combustion quality and efficiency of the fuel burner are of great significance for energy conservation. This paper introduces an example of the automatic control system of heavy oil viscosity of fuel oil furnace tested at the production site. The influence of the change of main parameters and conditions on the viscosity control in the field test was analyzed and discussed, including the dependence of viscosity on temperature, the influence of PID (Proportional, Integral and Derivative) parameters, the influence of the change of oil viscosity, the change of flow rate Effect; Viscosity controllable setpoint range; Effect of intermittent use. Finally, the problems found in the experiment and the reasons for the problems were discussed, and some suggestions for improvement were put forward.
