1前言摆动式的涡线流体机械已实际用于制冷压缩机。作者根据涡线式流体机械具有良好密封性能的原理,时真空泵进行了应用研究。从简化机械结构和真空泵使用时的负荷状态考虑,采用了由一对涡线零件绕各自中心回转的所谓回转型。对轴向间隙密封利用了端面密封和大气压力密封;对径向间隙密封利用了弹簧和大气压力密封。作者发现,在真空泵回转中,上述两种间隙的密封方向相对于空间都是不动的,所以回转式比摆动式容易密封,特别是径向间隙的密封力在真空泵回转中也能进行调节。
1 Introduction Swing-type vortex fluid machinery has been actually used in refrigeration compressors. According to the principle that the vortex-type fluid machine has a good sealing performance, the vacuum pump was applied research. From the viewpoint of simplifying the mechanical structure and the load state when the vacuum pump is in use, a so-called rotary type in which a pair of scroll members revolve around respective centers is employed. Seals for axial clearance use end seals and atmospheric pressure seals; radial clearance seals utilize spring and atmospheric pressure seals. The authors found that in the vacuum pump rotation, the sealing direction of the above two clearances is not moving relative to the space, so the rotary type is easier to seal than the swing type, especially the sealing force of the radial clearance can also be adjusted during the rotation of the vacuum pump.
