辞“蛇”迎“马”之际,在上海浦东张江高科技园区内,聚集由ACE国际半导体集团投资建立的泰隆半导体(上海)有限公司,由衷地感受到“与时俱进”的喜人内涵:该公司2001年元旦才打下新世纪第一根桩,仅过了一年多,堪称世界一流的生产厂房及办公大楼就拔地而起;去年3月公司挂牌成立,一年不到,现已开始试产;更令人们惊讶的是,正当全球IC产业徘徊不前时,泰隆近日却甩出了大手笔,将创立之初一期投资的4亿美元,增资为10亿美元,如此投资规模在中国IC中可谓一马当先。
