我在多年的教学实践中得到证明,班主任是学校对学生进行教育的最基层的实施者,是班集体的建设者、组织者、领导者,是班级的中心与灵魂。而班集体作为学生成长过程中的一个重要的组成部分,它是学生成长的摇篮。良好的班集体自始至终激励着学生不断进取,主动、健康地成长,并能使学生心情愉快,更加积极、轻松、充满激情地投入学习、生活与工作当中去。然而如何要把一个班级搞活,建立一个具有很强凝聚力的班集体呢?我努力
I have been proved in many years of teaching practice that the teacher in charge of a class is the most basic implementer of education in a school. It is the class builder, organizer and leader of a class and is the center and soul of a class. As a part of students ’growth, class collective is the cradle of students’ growth.
