在新时期新的经济环境下,中国企业转型已经成了企业的经常行为,企业转型变革的过程也成为企业建立新的竞争优势的必经过程。然而对于如何实现成功转型,却又存在某些片面的或者不正确的理解。其中的突出表现就是很多企业太注重转型的内容而没有注重转型过程的管理和监控。本期德勤视点专栏的主题为中国企业转型的重点。针对上述问题,本文提出,中国企业应该重视对转型过程的管理,并关注几个重点问题。希望对正在或准备转型的企业有所启示。
In the new economic environment of the new era, the transformation of Chinese enterprises has become the regular behavior of enterprises. The process of transformation and transformation of enterprises has also become a necessary process for enterprises to establish new competitive advantages. However, there is some one-sided or incorrect understanding of how to achieve a successful transition. One of the outstanding performance is that many companies pay too much attention to the content of the transition without paying attention to the management and monitoring of the transition process. The current Deloitte viewpoint column focuses on the transformation of Chinese companies. In response to the above problems, this paper proposes that Chinese enterprises should pay attention to the management of the transition process and pay attention to several key issues. I hope there is inspiration for the enterprises that are preparing for the transition.
