分析238例不同病理类型肺癌患者血清中CEA及CY21－1IRMA的联检结果，发现CEA在各型肺癌中的阳性检出率：腺癌＞大细胞未分化癌＞小细胞未分化癌＞鳞癌；CY21-1的阳性检出率则是：鳞癌＞大细胞未分化癌＞腺癌＞小细胞未分化癌。两者联检可互补，增加检测的灵敏度，提高检出率．
The results of the combined detection of CEA and CY21-1IRMA in serum from 238 patients with different pathological types of lung cancer were analyzed. The positive detection rates of CEA in various types of lung cancer were found: adenocarcinoma> large-cell undifferentiated carcinoma> small-cell undifferentiated carcinoma> squamous carcinoma; The positive rate of CY21-1 was: squamous cell carcinoma> large cell undifferentiated carcinoma> adenocarcinoma> small cell undifferentiated carcinoma. The joint inspection can be complementary to increase the sensitivity of detection and improve the detection rate.
