1 临床资料32例中男性14例,女性18例,年龄3个月～5岁.其中婴幼儿(3个月～3岁)26例,占80%以上.均生养于农村,人工喂养26例,皆以稀饭、练乳为主食.母乳喂养4例,均很少添加辅食.32例患儿临床表现;夜盲21例,角膜干燥28例,毕脱氏斑15例,角膜溃疡4例,角膜穿孔1例,皮肤干燥、脱屑8例,毛发干燥6例,合并或并存消化道感染,包括急慢性肠炎、细菌性痢疾21例,肠道蛔虫病11例,麻疹3例,急慢性呼吸道感染6例,先天性肠扭转1例,先天性幽门肥大性梗阻2例,佝偻病14例,营养性缺铁性贫血25例,营养不良30例,维生素B、C等缺乏10例.就诊原因多系并存病或并发病.单纯仅以眼部症状就诊者10例.
1 Clinical data 32 cases of male 14 cases, 18 females, aged 3 months to 5 years of age, including infants and young children (3 months to 3 years old) 26 cases, accounting for more than 80% .All living in rural areas, artificial feeding 26 cases , All with porridge, practicing milk as the staple food.Four breastfeeding in 4 cases, are rarely added complementary food .32 cases of children with clinical manifestations; night blindness in 21 cases, 28 cases of corneal dryness, 15 cases of Beat’s stain, corneal ulcer in 4 cases, corneal Perforation in 1 case, dry skin, scaling in 8 cases, dry hair in 6 cases, combined or coexisting digestive tract infections, including acute and chronic enteritis, bacterial dysentery in 21 cases, intestinal ascariasis in 11 cases, measles in 3 cases, acute and chronic respiratory infections 6 cases, congenital intestinal torsion in 1 case, congenital pyloric obstruction in 2 cases, rickets in 14 cases, nutritional iron deficiency anemia in 25 cases, malnutrition in 30 cases, vitamin B, C and other lack of 10 cases. Coexisting disease or concurrent disease .Only simple to eye symptoms in 10 cases.
