2000年8月初,国家电力公司战略研究与规划部与动力经济研究中心联合在青岛召开上半年电力市场分析预测座谈会。根据座谈会上各地区的分析预测,总体上看有三种情况:一是经济相对比较发达,自然、社会环境比较好,民营经济所占比重较大的地区,用电量在原来相对较高的增速基础上进一步加快,如浙江、江苏、福建、广东等地区用电增长呈现出强劲的上扬势头;二是经济基础相对较好,国企比重较大,民营经济欠发达,一段时间以来用电增长速度低缓的地区,用电出现了转机,增长速度有所提高,如辽宁省、重庆市、陕西省等;三是部分地区由于高耗能企业的恢复生产和扩大规模而导致了上半年用电量高速增长,如宁夏、贵州等省份。现将部分地区的电力市场供需状况分析简要汇编如下,供参考。

The analysis of supply and demand conditions in the electricity market in some regions is briefly summarized below for reference.
