为了检测冰洲石晶体内部的疖瘤缺陷及其对光束形貌的影响,通过常规偏光棱镜的设计形式制作了不同缺陷程度的测试样品,采用自制CCD光束光斑形貌测量实验系统,利用532.nm激光作为光源来扫描样品并采集其透射光斑图像,经MATLAB图像处理分析获得不同疖瘤的影响状况,以此来判定疖瘤的位置、大小及性质。结果表明,天然冰洲石晶体疖瘤缺陷存在几率非常高,除肉眼观察有疖瘤情况外,如果疖瘤够小,只能在此类仪器情况下发现的疖瘤,它对像的影响是可以接受的,此类晶体是有利用价值的。
In order to detect the xanthoma defects and their effects on the beam topography in the crystal, the test samples with different defects were made by the design of the conventional polarized prism. The experiment system was made by using self-made CCD beam spot morphology measurement system. nm laser as the light source to scan the sample and collect the transmitted light spot image, and analyze the influence of different tumor by MATLAB image processing to determine the position, size and nature of the tumor.
