目的建立电感耦合等离子体-质谱法(inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)测定不锈钢电热壶中6种重金属的迁移量。方法以10%乙醇(V:V)注入不锈钢电热水壶中至额定容积(或至最高水位线),通电煮沸,微沸0.5 h,补充10%乙醇(V:V)至原体积,室温放置24 h。同一件测试样品连续进行3次迁移试验,每次均使用一份新的浸泡液。用ICP-MS测定浸出液中铅、镉、镍、铬、砷和锰6种重金属元素的迁移量。结果随着浸泡次数的增加,6种重金属的迁移量急剧下降。结论本研究首次以10%的乙醇为模拟介质处理不锈钢电热壶样品,分析结果对实践有参考意义。
Objective To establish an inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) system for the determination of six heavy metals in stainless steel electric kettles. Methods The stainless steel electric kettle was filled with 10% ethanol (V: V) to the rated volume (or to the highest water mark). The mixture was boiled for 0.5 h with 10% ethanol (V: V) h The same test sample was subjected to 3 consecutive migration tests, each time using a new immersion fluid. ICP-MS was used to determine the migration of six heavy metal elements in lead, cadmium, nickel, chromium, arsenic and manganese in leachate. Results With the increase of soaking times, the migration of six kinds of heavy metals dropped sharply. Conclusions This study, for the first time, treated stainless steel electric kettle samples with 10% ethanol as a simulated medium. The results of the analysis are of practical significance.
