[目的 /意义]作为一种新兴的文献采访模式,读者决策采购(PDA)在一些发达国家已经得到广泛应用,但是利用该模式采购图书的质量受到了部分业界人士的质疑。采用馆藏适用性方法对馆际互借型PDA图书质量进行考察,提出优化该模式的建议,以利于PDA模式在我国的应用中具有更大的适应性和劣势可控性。[方法/过程]从项目性质、实施的时间跨度、评估方法以及研究问题的角度出发,遴选3所国外大学图书馆的PDA项目作为案例,围绕业界对PDA模式的争论点,从文献的内容、价格、利用情况及读者与馆员对文献的评价4个方面分析评估馆际互借型PDA图书质量,并针对该模式在我国的应用提出几点建议。[结果 /结论]从图书质量评价角度探讨完善国内馆际互借型PDA项目的干预措施,使馆际互借型PDA在我国图书馆资源建设中发挥更大的作用。
[Purpose / Significance] As an emerging document acquisition model, reader decision-making (PDA) has been widely used in some developed countries, but the quality of purchasing the book using this model has been questioned by some people in the industry. The method of library suitability is used to investigate the library quality of interlibrary loan PDA, and the suggestion of optimizing this model is put forward in order to facilitate PDA model to have more adaptability and inferiority controllability in our country. [Methods / Processes] From the nature of the project, the time span of implementation, evaluation methods and research issues, the PDA projects of three foreign university libraries were selected as a case study. Based on the industry’s controversy over the PDA model, Price, utilization and readers and librarians on the literature evaluation of four aspects of evaluation interlibrary loan PDA books quality, and for the application of the model in our country made a few suggestions. [Results / Conclusion] From the perspective of book quality evaluation, the intervention measures for perfecting the domestic interlibrary loan PDA project are discussed so that the interlibrary loan PDA plays a greater role in the library resource construction in our country.
