我厂是生产汽车发动机进、排气门的专业厂,气门毛坯是棒料经电镦后,采用3Cr2W8V钢模具热锻成形,锻模尺寸见图1(图中仅给出结构尺寸,精度、粗糙度,形位公差均未给出)。模具制造工艺为:下料→锻造→退火→加工成形→热处理→清理→精加工→检验合格后装机使用。由于原先模具结构及热处理问题,使用过程中模膛经受强烈冲击、摩擦、频繁的冷热变化等原因,导致模具过早失效,严重影响气门的生产,而且增加制造成本。为此,我们对气门毛坯锻压凹模进行了适当的改进。

To this end, we made appropriate improvements to the valve blank forging die.
