目的:联合化疗加入基因重组粒细胞集落刺激因子方案在自身外周血干细胞移植中动员造血干细胞的作用及临床效果,以寻找有效的造血干细胞动员方案。方法:动员方案以联合化疗加hrG- CSF为主,联合化疗方案包括DA、HA、DOLP、MP等,每日hrG—CSF1~3μg/kg 连用1d~6d。结果:动员时间25.20d±13.74d。MNC采集量为(1.01±0.79)×108/kg,GM—CFU 为(4.59±2.66)×103 /kg,CD34细胞为(2.59±2.34)×106/kg,15 例患者经预处理方案后回输动员的造血干细胞全部恢复造血功能。结论:联合化疗加hrG—CSF为外周血干细胞移植术中造血干细胞动员的有效方案。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect and clinical efficacy of recombinant granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) protocol in mobilizing hematopoietic stem cells in peripheral blood stem cell transplantation in combination with chemotherapy, in order to find effective hematopoietic stem cell mobilization protocols. Methods: The mobilization protocol was based on combination chemotherapy plus hrG-CSF. The combination chemotherapy regimen included DA, HA, DOLP, MP, etc. The daily hrG-CSF 1~3μg/kg was used for 1 to 6 days. Results: The mobilization time was 25.20d±13.74d. The MNC volume was (1.01±0.79)×108/kg, the GM-CFU was (4.59±2.66)×103/kg, and the CD34 cells were (2.59±2.34)×106. /kg, Hematopoietic stem cells mobilized in all 15 patients after the preconditioning regimen restored hematopoietic function. Conclusion: Combined chemotherapy plus hrG-CSF is an effective protocol for mobilization of hematopoietic stem cells during peripheral blood stem cell transplantation.
