Background: Intrahepatic recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is frequently noted in patients after hepatectomy of HCC. Recurrence HCC is usually diagnosed as small nodule ≤ 2 cm in diameter due to the frequent postoperative check up with US, dyna
