针对网络环境下信息产品交易中存在的“柠檬”问题,以“柠檬”理论为依据,分析网络信息产品交易中存在的“柠檬”现象,以及由此产生的一系列严重后果,并结合实例论证社会的四个不同主体即政府部门、网络信息产品提供商、网络信息用户、网络信息中介在解决“柠檬问题”时应采取的对策,以达到提高网络信息市场交易效率的目的。
Aiming at the problem of “lemon” in the transaction of information products under the network environment and the “lemon” theory, this paper analyzes the phenomenon of “lemon” in the transaction of network information products and the series of serious consequences resulting therefrom. Four different subjects in society, namely, government departments, network information product providers, network information users and network information intermediaries should take countermeasures in solving the “lemon problem” so as to achieve the purpose of improving the transaction efficiency in the network information market.
