采用盆栽试验,研究了施用不同形态磷肥的土壤上接种SP11(细菌)、T50(真菌)后对小麦幼苗生长和磷吸收利用的影响。结果表明:SP11(细菌)可增加小麦根际磷酸酶活性和促进有机酸分泌,降低土壤pH,显著促进小麦生长,提高小麦对磷的吸收;T50(真菌)虽可增加小麦根际磷酸酶活性,但在整个试验中提高小麦对磷的利用率和促进小麦生长等作用不稳定,故SP11细菌接种剂可作为生长促进剂推广应用。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of SP11 (bacteria) and T50 (fungi) on the growth and phosphorus uptake and utilization of wheat seedlings in soils with different forms of phosphate fertilizer. The results showed that: SP11 (bacteria) could increase wheat rhizosphere phosphatase activity and promote the secretion of organic acids, reduce soil pH, significantly promote the growth of wheat and improve the absorption of phosphorus in wheat; T50 (fungi) can increase wheat rhizosphere phosphatase activity , But in the whole experiment to improve the utilization of wheat phosphorus and promote the role of wheat growth instability, so SP11 bacterial inoculant can be used as a growth promoter to promote the use of.
