江苏永钢集团有限公司炼铁三厂8号布袋除尘高炉煤气每天产出量分厂抄表为550多万m3,能源管理系统的数据为680多万m3,同一个点,分厂累加程序与能源管理系统的累加程序是一样的,不同之处是分厂的累加程序没有清零,能源管理系统的累加程序清零值为1 000万m3,误差在23.6%左右。为了解决此类问题,作者设计了一套流量累计系统,不但解决了炼铁三厂高炉煤气累计误差问题,而且此系统应用到全厂各个介质的流量计算中,各个介质的供消平衡有了很大改善。
