采用MTT比色法检测了青年妇女、围绝经妇女及绝经后妇女的血清IL6活性、血清E2水平及L2-4骨密度(BMD)值。结果:绝经后妇女血清IL6活性明显升高,BMD值显著低于青年妇女与围绝经妇女(P<001),血清E2水平也显著低于青年妇女与围绝经妇女(P<001)。相关分析显示:IL6与BMD呈负相关(P<005),与E2呈负相关(P<001);E2与BMD呈正相关(r=0660,P<001)。结果表明,E2缺乏及其所致的IL6活性升高与绝经后妇女的骨丢失有关,可能参与了绝经后骨质疏松的发病机理。
MTT colorimetric method was used to detect serum IL6 activity, serum E2 level and L2-4 BMD in young women, perimenopausal women and postmenopausal women. Results: Serum IL6 activity in postmenopausal women was significantly higher than that in young women and perimenopausal women (P <001), serum E2 levels were significantly lower than those in young women and perimenopausal women (P <001) 01). Correlation analysis showed that IL6 was negatively correlated with BMD (P <005) and negatively correlated with E2 (P <001), E2 was positively correlated with BMD (r = 0660, P <001 ). The results show that the lack of E2 and the resulting increase in IL 6 activity associated with bone loss in postmenopausal women may be involved in the pathogenesis of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
