硬膜外麻醉中血压下降是最常见的并发症,有关硬膜外麻醉对应激及内分泌影响的研究报导较多,但对硬膜外麻醉后受体改变尚未见报导。本文采用~3H-DHA(美国杜邦产品,比活度3959.0GBq/mmol)放射性配体结合分析法对20例硬膜外麻醉前后外周血淋巴细胞β-受体进行测定,以探讨硬膜外麻醉对β-受体的影响,与血压的关系。研究对象:20例,男9女11,年龄52±16岁,均为择期腹部手术患者,术前排除心、肺、内分泌疾病及未使用对β-受体有影响的药物。标本采集:硬膜外麻醉前及麻醉后1小时,淋巴细胞β-受体测定:按Boyum
