对13例桥本氏病的甲状腺进行了扫描电镜观察。从滤泡细胞的功能周期性变化可以见到桥本氏病以Ⅱ型细胞占多数,可见于每一例。Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型细胞较少见或缺如。反映本病处于持续的TSH刺激的胞吐作用下,而正常的碘化、胞吞作用和甲状腺素的合成功能有缺陷和紊乱。从自身免疫反应性变化可以清楚看到淋巴细胞对滤泡细胞的侵袭和直接杀伤。
Thirteen patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis underwent scanning electron microscopy. From the cyclical changes in the function of follicular cells can see Hashimoto’s disease to type Ⅱ cells accounted for the majority, can be found in each case. Type I and type III cells are rare or absent. Reflects the disease is sustained TSH stimulation of exocytosis, while the normal iodide, endocytosis and thyroid hormone synthesis defects and disorders. Changes from the autoimmune response can clearly see the lymphocyte invasion and direct killing of follicular cells.
