目的测定幼儿牙龈粘膜细胞内钙离子浓度;探讨幼儿牙龈粘膜细胞内钙离子浓度与患龋状况的关系。方法将50名3~5岁幼儿按患龋状况分为无龋组和龋病高危组。采集幼儿下前牙区唇侧牙龈粘膜脱落细胞,经染色后用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜测定细胞内钙离子的荧光强度,统计分析其与龋患程度的关系。结果高危组幼儿牙龈粘膜细胞的钙离子荧光强度低于无龋组,两组间差异有高度统计学意义;不同性别、不同年龄间牙龈粘膜细胞的钙离子荧光强度无统计学差异;牙龈粘膜细胞钙离子荧光强度值与dft、CSI间分别呈等级负相关关系。结论 3~5岁幼儿牙龈粘膜细胞钙离子浓度与龋患程度有一定相关性,龋患程度重则钙离子浓度低。
Objective To determine the intracellular calcium concentration in gingival mucosa of young children and to explore the relationship between intracellular calcium concentration in gingival mucosal cells and caries status. Methods Fifty children aged 3 to 5 years old were divided into caries-free group and high-risk caries group according to their caries status. Gingival mucosa exfoliated cells were collected from the labial anterior teeth area of labia minora. After staining, the fluorescence intensity of intracellular calcium ions was determined by laser scanning confocal microscopy. The relationship between them was statistically analyzed. Results The calcium fluorescence intensity of gingival mucosal cells in high-risk group was lower than that of caries-free group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the fluorescence intensity of gingival mucosal cells between different sexes and different age groups. Gingival mucosal cells Calcium ion fluorescence intensity values and dft, CSI were negative correlation between the grade. Conclusions The calcium ion concentration in gingival mucosa cells of 3 ~ 5 years old children has a certain correlation with the caries degree, while the caries degree is heavy but the calcium ion concentration is low.
