从2016年3月起,长春市在朝阳区尝试城市基层管理创新,推行“下沉式”城市管理模式。该模式推行迄今一年有余,通过一系列改革创新举措,朝阳区城市管理发生了巨大变化,百姓享受到创新服务带来的红利。今年年初以来,长春市各城区、开发区掀起学习朝阳区下沉式城市管理模式热潮,并结合自身特点推新举、亮新招,服务氛围日益浓厚。
Since March 2016, Changchun City has tried urban grassroots management innovation in Chaoyang District, implementing “sunken” urban management mode. This model has been implemented for more than a year so far. Through a series of reform and innovation initiatives, tremendous changes have taken place in the management of cities in Chaoyang District. Citizens enjoy the dividends brought by innovative services. Since the beginning of this year, various urban districts and development zones in Changchun set off a boom in studying sunken city management patterns in Chaoyang District, and pushed new and bright new strokes in light of their own characteristics with a growing service atmosphere.
