宜春钽铌矿选矿厂生产的钽铌精矿,因含铁量高而需要磁选除铁,由此得到的尾矿约占10%。磁尾的物质组成基本上固定,但相对含量变化较大。经过多次测定,平均含钽铌4.1%,含铁77.2%,其余18.7%主要是二氧化硅。在选矿厂达到产量后,再从磁尾中回收钽铌,则每年可以增产50%的钽铌精矿约2吨,价值超过20万元。最近试验成功酸浸除铁回收钽铌的方法,并已投入生产,收到良好的效果:酸浸得到的钽铌精矿品位在46%以上,回收
Yichun tantalum and niobium mineral concentrator production of tantalum and niobium concentrate, because of the high iron content and need magnetic separation of iron, the resulting tailings account for about 10%. After several determinations, the average containing tantalum niobium 4.1%, iron 77.2%, the remaining 18.7% is mainly silica. After the concentrator reaches production, the tantalum and niobium are recovered from the magnet tail, and about 50% of the tantalum and niobium concentrate can be increased by about 2 tons annually, with a value of more than 200,000 yuan. The recent successful trial of acid leaching of iron to recover tantalum and niobium has been put into production and has received good results: the grade of tantalum-niobium concentrate obtained by acid leaching is above 46%
