本文用不同的酸(HCl,HNO_3,HAC)对湖南浏阳永和海泡石矿进行处理,经X—衍射定量分析样品,证实海泡石含量均比原矿有很大的提高,变化最大的是经HAC处理的样品,含量由原矿的23.4%提高到71.3%.测定样品的比表面和比孔容,均比同温时原矿的比表面和比孔容增大,其中变化最大的比表面由104m~2/g(原矿)增至281m~2/g(HCl酸处理样品),比孔容由0.189ml/g(原矿)增至0.625ml/g(HNO_3处理样品)。各种酸处理样品,分别在160°~900℃热处理后,比表面和比孔容均随温度升高而降低。
In this paper, different acid (HCl, HNO3, HAC) was used to treat the Yonghe sepiolite mine in Liuyang, Hunan. Quantitative analysis of the samples by X-ray diffraction showed that the content of sepiolite was much higher than that of the original ore. The content of HAC treated samples increased from 23.4% to 71.3% of the original ore.The specific surface area and specific pore volume of the samples were all higher than those of the original ore at the same temperature, and the specific surface area of the samples changed from 104m ~ 2 / g (raw ore) to 281m ~ 2 / g (HCl acid treated sample), the specific pore volume increased from 0.189ml / g (raw ore) to 0.625ml / g (HNO_3 treated sample).
