国家物价局对乙烯、丙烯等十三种合成材料的中准出厂价格和浮动幅度作了有升有降的调整。具体品种及其中准出厂价格和浮动幅度详见附表。鉴于目前市场的承受能力和有利于军队、扶贫救灾、少数民族特需产品和新产品开发等所需睛纶纤维、聚酯切片计划的落实,对国家今年指令性计划调拨给纺织系统的睛纶短纤维、睛纶毛条、聚酯切片按这次核定的中准出厂价格供货,企业暂不执行规定的浮动幅度。
The National Price Bureau has made adjustments to the rise and fall of the mid-range ex-factory prices and the fluctuations of the 13 synthetic materials such as ethylene and propylene. Specific types and their mid-prevailing ex-factory prices and fluctuations are detailed in the attached table. In view of the current market affordability and the implementation of the necessary nylon fibers and polyester slicing plans for the military, poverty alleviation and disaster relief, special needs of ethnic minorities, and new product development, the shortcomings of the country’s mandatory plan for this year will be allocated to the textile fabrics. Fibers, eyeliner tops, and polyester chips are supplied at the approved official ex-factory price, and the company temporarily does not implement the prescribed floating range.
