丹阳钢铁厂有15m~3小高炉一座。在冶金部与省冶金局的关怀下,77年建了一座能力为150m~3/小时的制氧车间,供高炉送氧,以达增产与降焦之目的。于77年制定了高炉氧油雾化及高炉富氧的技术工艺流程,通过试验效果是显著的。78年9月高炉曾富氧加喷吹重油,利用系数达4.0以上,焦比达600kg/吨以下,但由于没有计量设备。所以没有得到数据。11月20日至月底正式做了氧油雾化试验,产量提高9.7%,焦比下降15.5%,燃料比下降6.6%,高炉顺行,作操稳定,现将情况简要介绍如下:
