目的探讨骨膜蛋白(Periostin,POSTN)在三脑室底内型颅咽管瘤中表达及意义。方法回顾性分析42例手术病理证实的成釉细胞型且外科分型为三脑室底内型的颅咽管瘤患者资料,对其病理切片进行POSTN免疫组化染色,分析染色程度和肿瘤与三脑室底粘连程度、术后下丘脑功能和复发情况的关系。结果POSTN表达于颅咽管瘤间质成分,表达程度和术后复发率无统计学意义(Z=-0.236,P=0.813),但和肿瘤与三脑室底粘连程度(r=0.685,P<0.001)、术后下丘脑评分(r=0.569,P<0.001)及术后随访期BMI(r=0.594,P<0.001)有相关性。结论 POSTN反映三脑室底内型颅咽管瘤和下丘脑粘连程度,其高表达预测着更差的下丘脑功能状态。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Periostin (POSTN) in the intracranial endoplasmic craniopharyngioma of the third ventricle. Methods A retrospective analysis of 42 cases of ameloblasts confirmed by surgical pathology and surgical classification of three-ventricle endoplasmic intracranial craniopharyngioma patients, POSTN immunohistochemical staining of the pathological sections, staining and tumor and three The degree of ventricular septal adhesions, postoperative hypothalamic function and recurrence of the relationship. Results The expression of POSTN in the interstitial components of craniopharyngioma was not statistically significant (Z = -0.236, P = 0.813), but it was significantly correlated with the degree of tumor adhesion to the third ventricle (r = 0.685, P < 0.001), postoperative hypothalamus score (r = 0.569, P <0.001) and postoperative follow-up BMI (r = 0.594, P <0.001). Conclusions POSTN reflects the intracranial endoplasmic craniopharyngioma and hypothalamic adhesions in the third ventricle, and its high expression predicts a worse hypothalamic functional status.
