目的定量分析剩余能量与女性体质健康的关系。方法依据能量调查结果把所选取人群分为能量过剩组和能量不足组,观察两组不同剩余能量水平下女性体质健康状况的变化。结果与能量不足组相比,能量过剩组体脂率显著增加(P﹤0.01);心肺功能及心理健康水平显著下降(P﹤0.01);血生化指标TC、TG、LDL水平显著增高(P﹤0.01)。结论能量摄入过多和体力活动不足是导致肥胖的两大重要因素,能量对体质的影响也是通过肥胖所介导的,而肥胖在正常体质向亚健康体质劣变中发挥着重要作用。因此,要想真正达到改善体质的效果,早期对肥胖的预防比后期的治疗更重要。
Objective To quantitatively analyze the relationship between residual energy and female physical fitness. Methods Based on the results of energy survey, the selected population was divided into the over-energy group and the under-energy group, and the changes of physical fitness of women under two different residual energy levels were observed. Results Compared with the deficient energy group, the lipid ratio of energy surplus group increased significantly (P <0.01), the cardiopulmonary function and mental health level decreased significantly (P <0.01), and the levels of TC, TG and LDL of blood biochemical index increased significantly (P < 0.01). CONCLUSION: Excessive energy intake and insufficient physical activity are two important factors leading to obesity. The impact of energy on body constitution is also mediated by obesity, and obesity plays an important role in the deterioration of sub-health constitution from normal constitution. Therefore, in order to truly achieve the effect of improving physical fitness, early prevention of obesity is more important than later treatment.
