2020 年初我国武汉爆发的新冠疫情迅速蔓延到全国各地,我国政府积极采取应对措施,快速实现了全民防控。在这样的背景下,我国许多行业的发展都受到了影响,食品行业以及餐饮行业就包含在其中。从疫情防控的角度,针对我国食品安全方面存在的问题,探讨如何有效优化食品质量检测工作,保障我国居民饮食安全。“,”At the beginning of 2020, the outbreak of new crown disease in Wuhan, China, rapidly spread to all parts of therncountry, and the Chinese government actively took measures to quickly realize the national prevention and control. In this context, therndevelopment of many industries in China has been affected, including the food industry and catering industry. In this paper, from thernperspective of epidemic prevention and control, aiming at the existing problems of food safety in Western China, we will explore how torneffectively detect the quality of food and ensure the food safety of Chinese residents.
