介绍一种离体大鼠全胃灌注新技术。测定胃分泌免疫活性胰升血糖素(IRG)及生长抑素(SRIF)的基础及受刺激后的分泌量,并与离体灌注大鼠胰脏的相应试验作比较。胃分泌IRG为基础0.45±0.03ng/min及刺激后9.89±3.03ng/20min;胰腺的相应值为3.41±0.81ng/min及255.90±39.76ng/20min(M±SE,下同,P<0.001),分泌呈双相型。胃分泌SRIF为基础3.33±1.09ng/min,刺激后75.67±16.72ng/20min;胰腺的相应值为0.03±0.01ng/min及2.92±0.48ng/20min(P<0.001),分泌呈多相型。与另一种离体大鼠胃灌注技术作了对比。
A new technique of whole stomach perfusion in rats was introduced. The basal and stimulated secretion of glucagon (IRG) and somatostatin (SRIF), an immunosuppressive activity of gastric secretion, was determined and compared with the corresponding test in vitro perfused rat pancreas. The gastric secretion of IRG was 0.45 ± 0.03 ng / min on baseline and 9.89 ± 3.03 ng / 20 min post stimulation; the corresponding values of the pancreas were 3.41 ± 0.81 ng / min and 255.90 ± 39.76 ng / 20 min (M ± SE, ), The secretion was biphasic.
