随着我国四个现代化日新月异地向前发展。工程上有许多零部件,特别是大型轴类零件,从原材料出厂到成品验收的整个加工过程中都要经过多次的加热处理。燃料消耗量的累计值很大。造成费用极高。这就迫使企业重视如何提高热效率的研究工作。以期获得合理使用能源,节省开支,增加盈利。 工频感应加热热处理工艺的充分使用,将有助于上述目的的实现。虽然工频感应加热存在着一次设备投资费用大;感应器必须符合工件外形以及不适合于小批、单件生产等缺陷。
