介绍了扬迪粉(YD粉)烧结配矿优化试验情况及不同硅源对高YD粉配比烧结过程的影响。试验结果表明:用具有高孔隙度的YD矿替代B粉、C粉和E粉后,混合料水分应适当提高,以改善混匀制粒效果。因原料装料密度降低,使原始料层透气性得到改善,烧结生产率得到提高,烧结矿还原性略有改善,TD-TS区间和TD-Tm区间均呈现变窄趋势,这有利于改善高炉透气性和降低焦比,但烧结矿TI和成品率呈下降趋势,固体燃耗略有升高。当YD粉配比增加到30%时,不同的硅源对烧结指标的影响较大。
This paper introduces the optimization of the sintering of YD powder and the influence of different silicon sources on the sintering process of high YD powder. The test results show that: with the high porosity of YD ore instead of B powder, C powder and E powder, the mixture moisture should be properly increased to improve the mixing effect of granulation. Due to the decrease of raw material loading density, the permeability of the raw material layer is improved, the sintering productivity is improved, the reducibility of sinter is slightly improved, and the TD-TS and TD-Tm ranges all show a narrowing tendency, which is beneficial to improve the ventilation of the blast furnace And reduce the coke ratio, but the sinter TI and the yield showed a downward trend, slightly increased solid fuel consumption. When the YD powder ratio increased to 30%, different silicon sources have a greater impact on the sintering index.
