借鉴昆虫自然种群生命表的研究方法 ,在田间网笼中比较了棉铃虫三氟氯氰菊酯抗性、敏感品系及其杂交 F1代的主要生物学特征和净增殖率 (R0 )指标。结果表明 :在田间自然状态下 ,抗性品系的每头雌蛾平均产卵量、卵孵化率和幼虫发育历期分别为 314粒、2 0 .1%和 2 2 .9天 ,敏感品系分别为 4 38粒、2 8.8%和19.0天 ,两品系间差异显著 ,说明抗性品系在这些特征上存在较明显的不利性。 F1代的幼虫发育历期介于抗性和敏感品系之间。与敏感品系相比 ,抗性品系的相对适合度为 0 .4 6 ,杂交 F1代为 1.4 6。
The main biological characteristics and net reproductive rate (R0) of Cyhalothrin-resistant, susceptible and F1 hybrids of H. armigera were compared in field cages with reference to the study method of insect natural population life table. The results showed that the average number of fecundity, egg hatching rate and larvae development of each resistant strain was 314, 20.1% and 22.9 days respectively in the field, and the susceptible lines were 4 38, 2 8.8% and 19.0 days. There was significant difference between the two lines, which indicated that the resistant strains had obvious disadvantages on these characteristics. F1 generation larvae develop between the resistance and susceptibility strains. Compared with the susceptible lines, the relative fitness of resistant lines was 0.46, and that of F1 was 1.4 6.
