本文报道了用新型CVD金刚石涂层刀具切削含12％Si共晶铝合金活塞外圆,达1万余件。切削含22—24％Si过共晶铝合金活塞外圆700余件。加工含20vol％SiC颗粒增强的铝基复合材料缸套3件以上。刀无磨损,效果显著,寿命为硬质合金刀具的5倍左右。
This paper reports the cutting of the outer circumference of a piston containing 12% Si eutectic aluminum alloy with a new type of CVD diamond-coated tool to reach over 10,000 pieces. Cutting with 22-24% Si Hynic eutectic aluminum piston piston 700 pieces. Processed aluminum alloy composite liner with 20vol% SiC particles reinforced more than 3 pieces. Knife no wear and tear, the effect is significant, life expectancy of about 5 times the carbide cutting tools.
