2009年山东外资逆势而上。尽管是负增长,但是从世界和全国的整体局势来看,山东引进外资却成绩斐然。在全国因金融危机的影响引进外资持续下滑的情势下,2009年10月份山东利用外资实现全面增长,这是山东省自2008年9月份以来利用外资连续13个月下降后首度实现增长。全年批准1468个外商直接投资项目,实际到账外资80.1亿美元,同比下降2.3%。从1981年第一家中外合资企业落户青岛,山东外资已走过30年。如一个步入而立之年的青年,山东外资在金融危机的洗礼下,变得愈加强壮。
Foreign investment in Shandong in 2009 contrarian. Despite the negative growth, judging from the overall situation in the world and in the whole country, the introduction of foreign investment in Shandong has achieved impressive results. In the situation that the introduction of foreign capital continued to decline due to the financial crisis in the whole country, the utilization of foreign investment in Shandong in October 2009 achieved an overall growth. This is the first time that Shandong Province has achieved growth for the first time after using foreign capital for a consecutive 13 months since September 2008. In the year, 1,468 FDI projects were approved, with an actual foreign investment of 8.01 billion U.S. dollars, down 2.3% from the same period of last year. From the first Sino-foreign joint venture in 1981 settled in Qingdao, Shandong has gone 30 years of foreign investment. As a young man entering the thirties, Shandong’s foreign capital became stronger and stronger under the financial crisis.
