采用一种新的钢渣间外加直流电场脱氧方法,在500 kg多功能试验炉上,通过在钢液与CaO-Al2O3-MgO渣系间施加稳定的直流电场,进行了钢液的无污染脱氧研究。试验结果表明:在2~5 V,10~20 A的外加直流电场下,30 min内可快速、有效地将钢液中的溶解氧质量分数由初始的800×10-6脱除至40×10-6左右。采用此方法可对钢液进行深度、无污染脱氧,可为超纯净钢的开发开辟一种全新的工艺,具有十分广阔的应用前景。
A new method of deoxidation between steel slag and DC electric field was applied to study the pollution-free deoxidation of molten steel in a 500 kg multi-purpose test furnace by applying a stable DC electric field between molten steel and CaO-Al2O3-MgO slag system . The experimental results show that the dissolved oxygen mass fraction in molten steel can be rapidly and effectively reduced from the initial 800 × 10-6 to 40 × within 30 min under the applied DC electric field of 2 ~ 5 V and 10 ~ 20 A About 10-6. Using this method, the molten steel can be deeply and non-pollutingly deoxidized, which can open up a completely new process for the development of ultra-pure steel and has a very broad application prospect.
