大连内燃机车研究所内燃机车冷却风扇试验台于一九八三年十月竣工。经过用东风4型内燃机车冷却风扇的调试,其技术性能达到设计要求。该试验台由风洞、动力装置、电气控制及仪表测试四部分组成。其主要技术性能: 1.试验风扇直径:φ1000～φ1800毫米; 2.风扇转速范围(用东风4型冷却风扇试调):0～1450转/分; 3.功率:115千瓦; 4.风扇扭矩测量精度:±1%以内; 5.测量能力:气动参数一次测量200
