【Design Concept】 Experiential teaching is based on the students’ existing cognition and experience to create a situation, so that students experience in the context, through self-exploration and mutual help and development to obtain a teaching method. Based on students’ real life situations, this course aims to clarify vague cognitions and change the level of emotion and energy by designing self-exploration questions so as to guide positive actions so that students can feel the power of life and effectively promote their physical and mental health. Analysis of emotional resistance to frustration is an important part of student health personality, setbacks may be storms, may also be derived from a criticism.
