采用过氧化氢氧化法制备水溶性壳寡糖,采用Q TRAP LC/MS/MS System测定壳寡糖的平均分子量,观察壳寡糖和双歧杆菌对腹水型肝癌细胞H22的抑制作用.使用JEM1200EX透射电子显微镜观察不同浓度壳寡糖和双歧杆菌对H22细胞作用后H22细胞学的变化,结果表明,平均分子量为609的壳寡糖及双歧杆菌单独对腹水型肝癌细胞H22抗(抑)制作用均显著;壳寡糖(浓度为1.5%)与双歧杆菌(109CFU/mL)具有协同增效抗肿瘤作用.
The water-soluble chitooligosaccharides were prepared by hydrogen peroxide oxidation method, the average molecular weight of chitooligosaccharides was determined by Q TRAP LC / MS / MS System, and the inhibitory effect of chitooligosaccharides and Bifidobacteria on H22 cells was observed by using JEM1200EX Transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the changes of H22 cytology after treated with different concentrations of chitooligosaccharides and bifidobacteria on H22 cells. The results showed that chitooligosaccharides with average molecular weight of 609 and bifidobacteria alone could inhibit (inhibit) The production was significant; chitooligosaccharides (1.5% concentration) and bifidobacteria (109CFU / mL) synergistic anti-tumor effect.
