苹果矮化砧在苗床内显示出各自不同的叶片生长特性.在研究叶子营养元素吸收时采集的样本中曾观察到这些变化。试样取自位于俄勒冈州的砧木母本园,该园是北部中心砧木试验站选育砧木用的试验园。园内有20种砧木,从每种砧木上5个分离的压条上采集叶样。叶样为枝条顶部的第3片成龄叶,压平后分析叶片大小,并用打印机予以记录。各种叶片的照片列于图1—19中.利用苹果Ⅰ型计算机(双磁盘)的程序计算得到叶片平均大小(厘米~2)。用邓肯多重比较测验法
The apple dwarfing anvil showed different leaf growth characteristics in the seedbed and these changes were observed in the samples collected during leaf nutrient uptake studies. Specimens were taken from the Rootstock Mother Park in Oregon, a test garden for rootstock selection at the Northern Center Rootstocks Test Station. There are 20 rootstocks in the park and leaf samples are collected from 5 separate bars on each rootstock. Leaf samples were the third aged leaves at the top of shoots, analyzed for leaf size after flattening and were recorded with a printer.
