原位聚合法制备水性聚氨酯/改性高岭土复合材料

以接枝在高岭土表面的甲苯二异氰酸酯改性(TDI)、聚醚(N-220)、聚酯(PBA200)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为主要原料,原位聚合法制备阴离子型水性聚氨酯/改性高岭土复合材料。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对改性高岭土进行表征,差示扫描量热仪、拉力机、扫描电镜(SEM)分别对复合材料胶膜的热性能、力学性能和表面形貌进行了表征,探讨了改性高岭土的含量对复合材料热性能、力学性能、微观形貌和耐水性的影响。结果表明:TDI接枝到高岭土表面,随着改性高岭土含量的增加,聚氨酯的结晶度、机械性能、断裂伸长率和耐水性均有所提高。与聚氨酯相比,当改性高岭土添加量为1.5%时,复合材料的拉伸强度提高了122%,断裂伸长率提高了42.85%。改性高岭土均匀地分布在聚氨酯基体中,提高了其结晶度、耐热性、耐水性、耐酸碱性。 The in situ polymerization method was used to prepare the anionic surfactant (TDI), polyether (N-220), polyester (PBA200) and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) Waterborne polyurethane / modified kaolin composite. The modified kaolin was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The thermal properties, mechanical properties and surface morphology of the composite films were characterized by differential scanning calorimeter, tensile tester and scanning electron microscope (SEM) The effects of modified kaolin content on the thermal properties, mechanical properties, microstructure and water resistance of the composites were discussed. The results showed that the TDI grafted onto the surface of kaolin, with the increase of modified kaolin content, the crystallinity, mechanical properties, elongation at break and water resistance of polyurethane increased. Compared with polyurethane, when the content of modified kaolin is 1.5%, the tensile strength of the composite increases by 122% and the elongation at break by 42.85%. Modified kaolin evenly distributed in the polyurethane matrix to improve its crystallinity, heat resistance, water resistance, acid and alkali resistance.
