以上海石洞口第二发电厂600MW超临界压力锅炉螺旋管因水冷壁为对象,针对其布置特点和实际工况,在高压水回路试验台上进行了试验研究,测得了质量流速、热负荷、压力对临界干度影响的变化规律,总结了倾斜管顶点、测点、底点临界干度的预报公式。同时,对干涸后的传热作了细致的试验研究,充分考虑了传热恶化后的热力不平衡,分别给出了顶点、测点、底点干涸后的传热计算公式。
Taking the water wall of 600MW supercritical pressure boiler spiral pipe of the second power plant in Shidongkou No.2 power plant of Shanghai as an example, experiments were carried out on the test bench of high pressure water circuit according to its arrangement characteristics and actual working conditions. The mass flow rate, heat load, The influence of pressure on the critical dryness, the prediction formula of the critical dryness of the inclined pipe, the measuring point and the bottom point is summarized. At the same time, the heat transfer after drying was studied carefully, and the heat imbalance after the heat transfer was fully considered. The heat transfer formulas of the apex, the measuring point and the bottom after drying were given respectively.
