由上海闸北八中刘京海校长创导并坚持了20多年的“成功教育”改革,有效地转变了大批学习困难的学生,在海内外享有较广泛的影响。但在实施的过程中,许多人对“成功教育”也存在这样一个误区:认为“成功教育”仅适合普通生源的薄弱学校,有着优质生源的一级达标学校并不需要“成功教育”。其实,在类似于福建省龙岩市第二中学这样的省一级达标学校中实施“成功教育”不仅是必要的、可行的,而且还是迫切需要去做的。
The 20 years of “successful education” reform led by the president of Shanghai Zhabei No. 8 Middle School, Liu Jinghai, has effectively transformed a large number of students with learning difficulties and enjoyed a wider influence at home and abroad. However, in the process of implementation, many people have such a misunderstanding for “success education ”: think “success education ” is only suitable for ordinary students, and primary schools with high quality students do not need “ Successful education ”. In fact, it is not only necessary and feasible to implement “successful education” in province-level compliance schools similar to the Second Middle School in Longyan City, Fujian Province, but also urgently needs to be done.
