脑卒中是严重危害人类生命健康的常见疾患之一,超过1/2的脑卒中患者会遗留不同程度的上肢功能障碍,上肢功能障碍发病率高且预后差,严重患者只能用健侧肢体活动或应用辅助用具~([1])。上肢以灵活、协调和技能性运动为主,大多数的日常活动都包含有复杂的上肢运动,因此,改善上肢功能及日常生活活动能力对脑卒中患者尤为重要。本研究通过上肢MOTOmed智能运动训练系统探讨对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能及日常生活活动能力影响的疗效观察。
Stroke is one of the common diseases that seriously endanger human life and health. More than one-half of patients with stroke will be left with different degrees of upper extremity dysfunction. The incidence of upper extremity dysfunction is high and the prognosis is poor. Only severe limb- Or apply aids ~ ([1]). The upper limbs are mainly flexible, coordinated and skilled sports. Most daily activities include complicated upper limb movements. Therefore, improving the function of the upper limbs and the activities of daily living are particularly important for stroke patients. In this study, through upper limb MOTOmed intelligent sports training system to explore the hemodynamic effects of upper limb function and daily living activity in patients with stroke hemiplegia.
