对折流板抗振型换热器流体动力学及传热特性进行理论分析和实验研究,得出了此类换热器压力降及传热性能的预测方法。指出此类换热器既保持了横流式换热器对操作工况适应性强的优点,又解决了横流式换热器存在的管子发生流体诱导振动的问题。
The fluid dynamics and heat transfer characteristics of baffle anti-vibration heat exchanger are theoretically analyzed and experimentally studied. The prediction methods of pressure drop and heat transfer performance of such heat exchanger are obtained. It is pointed out that this type of heat exchanger not only maintains the advantages of cross-flow heat exchanger adaptable to operating conditions, but also solves the problem of fluid-induced vibration in the tubes existing in cross-flow heat exchangers.
