幼儿教育的培养起始于幼儿园的小班教育,孩子到达适合的年龄之后,就会脱离父母的怀抱,走进幼儿园的大家庭。对一名3~4岁的孩子来说,对事情并没有一个很好的认知,更不能很好地控制自己的情绪,因此,幼儿园教育的第一步就是要让孩子学会控制自己的情绪,理解他人的情绪。在幼儿的教育培训中,幼儿教师的情绪观对孩子有着深远的影响,因此幼儿教师学会控制自己的情绪对于新入园幼儿的情绪稳定起着关键性的作用。从如何对新入园的幼儿进行情绪稳定出发,研究孩子的心理活动,尽快让孩子融入幼儿园的生活和学习。
