小肠原发肿瘤在消化系统肿瘤中,是较为少见的。据文献报导其占检及手术标本的0.1％,全消化道肿瘤的3～6％以下,即使不包括胃,大肠和小肠之间肿瘤的发生率是40:1。我院近年经手术治疗小肠肿瘤54例,现将经X线检查并行手术病理证实的24例小肠恶性肿瘤报告如下。临床资料 1.性别与年龄: 在本组病例中,男性18例;女性6例,男女之比为3比1。年龄22～77不等,平均年龄为52岁。 2. 病变发生部位:
Primary tumors of the small intestine are rare in digestive system tumors. According to reports in the literature, it accounts for 0.1% of the examined and surgical specimens and 3% to 6% of total gastrointestinal cancers. Even if the stomach is not included, the incidence of tumors between the large intestine and the small intestine is 40:1. In recent years, 54 cases of small intestine tumors have been surgically treated in our hospital. The 24 cases of small intestine malignancies confirmed by pathological examination by X-ray examination are reported below. Clinical data 1. Sex and age: In this group of cases, there were 18 males and 6 females, with a ratio of 3 to 1 male to female. Ages range from 22 to 77, with an average age of 52. 2. The lesion site:
