醋氨酚,化学名为对乙酰氨基酚,俗名扑热息痛,是一种广泛应用的解热镇痛药,老的合成方法存在着收率低和污染环境问题,新法“连续一步法合成醋氨酚”可克服上述问题,但合成过程中,同时存在着6种成分:对乙酰氨基酚、对硝基酚、对氨基酚、对乙酰氨基酚乙酸酯、对硝基酚乙酸酯和醋酸,采用高效液相色谱法测定,较费时且需价格昂贵的仪器,采用紫外分光光度法,则6组分在紫外区的光谱严重重叠,本文采用逆最小二乘法(CPA)来同时测定醋氨酚合成过程中6组分的含量,快速、简便,结果令人满意.
